Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. Once payment has been received, we endeavour to process your order and have it shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. An e-mail confirmation with your tracking number will be sent within 48 hours of shipment.

For pick up from our store in the Denpasar area of Bali, please choose the “Local Pick Up” shipping option at shopping checkout time. For express delivery within our local area of South Bali, we use GO-JEK’s GO-SEND service. For other Bali areas, we use the shipping method shown in the “Domestic Shipping” section below.

Deliveries within Indonesia, we send your order via JNE or TIKI courier service.

We offer international deliveries to most worldwide destinations. We send your order via Indonesian Postal Service (Pos Indonesia) Standard Air Postage or EMS (Express Mail Service).

For domestic orders, delivery is usually made within 7 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping service used and the country of destination.

Free domestic shipping within Indonesia for orders over IDR 500,000. The cost of shipping will depend on the quantity, weight, or volume of your package.
If you choose to use an express shipping service, an extra shipping cost will be charged. The total shipping cost will be shown on the shopping checkout page. Bulky, oversized, or delicate items, may incur additional special handling fees.

A tracking number is emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment. You can directly track your shipment using the tracking number via the shipping providers website tracking system.

International shipments may be subject to customs import duties and taxes at the destination country. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for any information relating to these charges.


  • We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and correct full value. We cannot agree to any requests to alter the shipment declaration value and/or the content of the shipment.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Any undeliverable shipment resulting from an incomplete delivery address being supplied is not our responsibility. To prevent this from happening, please make sure that your shipping details are filled incorrectly.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping or transit.
  • Unexpected delays in a shipment delivery can sometimes happen, we can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may occur due to reasons outside of our control.
  • If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an inquiry with the shipping provider to investigate the status of your shipment.
